 AGUA POTABLE GRATUITA

En Baleares, el Artículo 25 de la Ley 8/2019 de residuos y suelos contaminados establece la obligación para los hosteleros de servir agua del grifo con vasos cuando los clientes la pidan: "Se tiene que ofrecer siempre a los consumidores, clientes o usuarios de sus servicios, la posibilidad de consumo de agua no envasada de manera gratuita y complementaria a la oferta del mismo establecimiento, siempre que el ayuntamiento o la empresa suministradora del agua garantice que es apta para el consumo humano y que, por lo tanto, presenta las condiciones sanitarias exigibles."
